Yes, if you’re not completely satisfied, you may return your item within seven days of delivery (starting the day after you receive it). The product must be returned in a saleable condition, in its original packaging, and with all accessories and documentation. Returns are made at your expense, and we recommend using a tracked delivery service.

Yes. For hygiene and public health reasons, we do not offer refunds or exchanges on used items. We also do not offer refunds for change of mind. This does not affect your statutory rights.
