Returns
In the event you are not completely satisfied with your product you may return the item to us within 7 days of delivery [starting the day after you receive the goods]. Products must be returned complete, in their original packaging, in all original boxes, packing materials, instructions and all accessories and documents provided by COLORCONES.com. Goods must be returned in a saleable condition, at your expense and we suggest you use a carrier that can provide you with proof of delivery. COLORCONES.com will not be responsible for items lost or damaged in transit. You need to obtain a returns reference number by contacting COLORCONES.com either by emailing info@colorcones.com or by text message to +44-(0)7713135094. Mon – Fri 10.00 am – 4pm GMT

Non-Returnable: For reasons of hygiene and public health refunds/exchanges are not available for any parts used. We do not offer refunds for “change of mind”. This does not affect your statutory rights.

The cost of international deliveries depends on both weight and volume. 

DAP – The buyer is responsible for any applicable local taxes or import duties.

Clearance fees vary by country, so please check your country’s fee percentage.

You are responsible for paying these fees promptly. If the taxes are not paid and the goods are returned to us, you will not be refunded for any shipping charges, and an administration fee will be deducted from your refund. Items that are returned to us damaged or lost will not be credited.
